Taking Phone and Email Orders W-Su 12-5 pm

Hi everyone,

We will be taking orders by phone and email Wednesday through Sunday, 12 to 5 pm. Hello@FreemansCreative.com or 919-402-9777. If you’re interested in ordering by phone or email, here’s how to help things run smoothly.

If you need more of an item that you purchased from us, please have your receipt or the tag, or a photo of the item handy. 

If you would like to email an order, please make sure it is fairly specific (ex: I would like 2 skeins of Cascade 220 superwash in the color Ruby and a 16” circular needle in size 8, either wood or bamboo) Please include a phone number so we can call you for payment.

If you need a little more help with an order, feel free to email with what you’re looking for (a worsted weight superwash for a baby sweater) and a number to call you back at. Include a pattern name or picture if you are trying to find something for a specific project. 

If you would like to call in your order, please understand that we may be busy at times and unable to answer your call.  We are not currently able to show you video or photos of items, although that may be possible in the future.

If you would like to purchase a gift certificate, please email with the following info: (To: From: Amount: and the email address you want it sent to) and a phone number so we can call for payment. 

We are currently all set for pickups- drive up, call the shop, open your trunk or door, and allow us to bring your bag out while we maintain a healthy distance.  We can mail your order, although there will be a normal shipping charge. We are looking at options for local delivery, but it’s not currently an option. We will update as things change. We are making progress on our webshop as well.
