Learn to work with knit fabrics while sewing the Toaster, a classic sweatshirt with raglan sleeves. We'll learn to sew with knits and apply bands and cuffs. Students should be comfortable independently setting up and sewing by machine, and have experience sewing garments from a pattern. ​

We have all basic sewing supplies in the classroom, but you may want to bring your own sewing kit (scissors, pins, seam ripper, marking tools) for convenience.
