Freeman’s Creative is looking to grow our team! We are Durham’s source for fabric, yarn, and other handcraft supplies. We are located in the Lakewood Shopping Center, near the Scrap Exchange. Our focus is on small, independent companies and natural, easy care, and beginner-friendly product lines.

Part Time:

Administrative and Operations Assistant

This is a part-time position with weekday hours. We are looking for someone who can work two to three weekday mornings, around 10-15 hours a week. Pay starts at $17/hr along with a generous employee discount and PTO after 3 months.

The person in this position will be responsible for supporting store operations in a variety of ways that may change in a given week or season, but will include administrative tasks such as website and calendar updates, data entry for product orders, restocking store supplies, responding to customer emails, and coordinating classroom scheduling.
